📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a steady supply of products.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and procedures.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
