📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
  • Coordinate with the head office for promotions, training, and other branch-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback.
  • Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to the head office.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail industry and trends.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
