📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the HP portfolio, ensuring that it meets the financial goals of the bank.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible financial solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our market position and customer loyalty.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the HP portfolio, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, particularly in HP.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a HP portfolio.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and build customer relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
