📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and baking pastries.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries.,Create and innovate new pastry recipes.,Maintain and clean the pastry equipment and workspace.,Work with other team members to ensure smooth operations.,Follow food safety and hygiene standards.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
