📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, implement, and assess play-based and inquiry-driven learning activities aligned with the IB PYP curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young children
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support the holistic development of learners
• Utilize educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, and ClassTag to enhance learning experiences
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education
• Participate in team meetings, professional development workshops, and community events
• Foster a positive and supportive relationship with parents and guardians
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in an IB PYP setting
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., NCCECD, Montessori, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of the IB PYP curriculum and philosophy
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for play-based and inquiry-driven learning
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus
