📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on water systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with water systems
- Install and configure new water systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid system failures
- Use SAP Field Service Management to manage work orders and customer interactions
- Optimize routes using Google Maps for efficient service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
- Certification in water system maintenance or related field (e.g., Certified Water System Technician)
- Strong knowledge of water system components and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency in using SAP Field Service Management and Google Maps
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali
