Mart Market Sejahtera is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics. This role is based in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta, and offers a competitive salary package of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle maintenance and operation.,Organize and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor and report on fleet performance and efficiency.,Handle any vehicle-related incidents or issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and appropriately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
