📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate HR administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Proactive and adaptable attitude.
