📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Provide HR support to management as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
