NEXUS Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both on-site and remotely, providing flexibility and convenience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the premises to identify and address any vulnerabilities.,Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and educate personnel on security best practices.,Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports, and assist in investigations as needed.,Collaborate with other security personnel, law enforcement, and relevant authorities to ensure a coordinated and effective security response.,Provide assistance and support to visitors, tenants, and other stakeholders as needed.,Participate in continuous security training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in security guard or related roles.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security guard certification or license (preferred but not mandatory).,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities as needed.,Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
