📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals.,Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and integration.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
