ORACLE Sentosa is seeking a motivated Junior Warehouse Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in warehouse management to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures in the warehouse.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to travel and work in a remote location if required.
