Oversee the mechanical design and development of aluminum products, ensuring they meet quality standards and industry regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance and support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing processes.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations to optimize production processes and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.,Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.,Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous learning within the engineering team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in aluminum product design and development.,Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.,Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical engineering.,Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
