Stripe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Payments Performance to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the performance and growth of our payments operations in Southeast Asia and Greater China. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient payment processing, while also identifying and implementing strategies to enhance our competitive edge in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the payments performance team, including setting performance targets, conducting regular reviews, and providing coaching and development opportunities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our payments operations in Southeast Asia and Greater China.,Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment with global payments strategies and best practices.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchant partners, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the payments space.,Represent Stripe at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase our capabilities and thought leadership.,Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our payments processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in payments, financial services, or a related industry, with a focus on performance management and operations.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.,Strong understanding of payments processing, risk management, and compliance.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in Southeast Asia and Greater China is a plus.,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the region.
