Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate properties,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities,Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies,Attend industry events and networking opportunities,Provide regular reports on marketing activities and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with property management software is a plus,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing
