Store Space Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the operations of our store in Gianyar, Bali. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to optimize stock turnover.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management software.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
