📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales revenue.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional events and campaigns.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure consistent service quality.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
