Central Mega Kencana is seeking a dedicated Risk & Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist to join our Financial Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and risk management of our financial services products and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain our QMS, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for financial services products and processes.,Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.,Monitor and report on the performance of the QMS and risk management processes.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.,Provide training and support to team members on QMS and risk management processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality and risk issues.,Continuously improve the QMS and risk management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk and quality management in the financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of quality management systems and risk management principles.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with financial services regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining QMS and risk management processes.
