📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that all sales activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales outcomes.,Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that all leads are followed up and converted into sales.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that sales activities are aligned with business goals and objectives.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.,Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and manage the sales budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that revenue targets are met.,Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing and developing sales teams.,Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
