📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Monitor and review financial transactions and operations to identify and mitigate risks.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance measures.,Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance policies and procedures.,Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to address compliance issues and improve processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities and findings.,Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services compliance, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international financial regulations and standards.,Proven experience in risk management and internal controls.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
