📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize daily e-commerce operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and order fulfillment.,Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.,Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.,Implement and monitor e-commerce strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Provide training and support to junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive e-commerce initiatives and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.,Proficient in using data analysis tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Excel, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
