📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Assist in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Train and mentor junior finance staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general ledger management and financial reporting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.,Proficiency in English is required.
