📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.,Implement and maintain health and safety standards and regulations.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
