📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction of glass structures, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Manage and coordinate a team of workers, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the workplace is safe for all employees.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of all project activities and expenses.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site coordination or a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing glass construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
