📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the construction of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and other related structures.
  • Ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conducting site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or hazards.
  • Developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all workers.
  • Managing and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Preparing and submitting progress reports, cost estimates, and other project documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
