📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the restaurant's standards and customer expectations.,Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and safety.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing daily menu and special events.,Manage a team of kitchen staff, including dishwashers and cooks.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Train and develop new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality food.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with various cuisines and cooking techniques.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
