📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to employees and visitors in construction and hospitality settings.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions to educate employees on injury prevention and emergency response.
• Document all incidents and injuries, maintaining accurate records for compliance and improvement purposes.
• Collaborate with on-site medical professionals to ensure seamless care coordination during emergencies.
• Promote a culture of safety and wellness by encouraging healthy habits and providing support to employees.
• Stay updated on the latest first aid protocols and CPR guidelines to provide the best possible care.
• Assist in organizing and participating in workplace safety drills and exercises.
• Serve as a point of contact for all medical emergencies, ensuring a quick and effective response.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified First Aider (SAR or equivalent) with at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or emergency response role.
• Strong knowledge of first aid techniques, including CPR, wound care, and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and high-stress environments, remaining calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in using first aid kits, automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and other emergency equipment.
• Experience in the construction or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-call duties.
