🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a strategic advisory role.
• Proven track record of successful mining projects, preferably in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in the mining industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certifications in mining safety, environmental management, or relevant industry standards are a plus.
