📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and eliminate waste in manufacturing processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct process analysis and implement improvements using tools like Minitab, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Lead cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence.
• Monitor and measure the impact of improvements to ensure sustained success.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to identify and address inefficiencies in the supply chain.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or related roles.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Proficient in using Lean and Six Sigma tools and software, including Minitab, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry standards.
