📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage finance, accounting, and treasury functions for assigned business units
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate policies
• Conduct variance analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Provide financial guidance and support to junior staff, fostering professional development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies that drive business performance
• Use SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS
• Proven experience with SAP and Oracle financial systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
