📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct regular financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, tracking, and reconciling inventory records.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic planning.
• Implement and maintain accounting software and systems to streamline financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax and financial reporting requirements.
• Provide training and support to junior accounting staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial analysis and inventory management.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
