📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE programs that align with company policies and industry best practices
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and emergency protocols
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with national and international safety standards and regulations
• Investigate and document accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures
• Promote a safety-conscious culture throughout the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE supervision in manufacturing or construction
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of national and international safety standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
