• Participate in regular team meetings and staff development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software such as Cendyn or Opera.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Kepulauan Seribu.
