HR Recruitment Supervisor - Talent Acquisition Leadership Role

As a key player in our HR team, you’ll oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and offers. You’ll work closely with department heads to understand their needs and ensure we build a high-performing team that reflects our values of innovation, excellence, and customer-centricity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and potential for success in their roles.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Manage and mentor junior recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, implementing innovative strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hiring in the F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Certification in HR practices or recruitment methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
