📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Lift-On/Lift-Off (LoLo) operations using specialized equipment like cranes, forklifts, and heavy-duty trucks.
• Ensure the safe and efficient movement of heavy machinery, containers, and vehicles.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to other team members on LoLo operations and equipment usage.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor operations accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, equipment usage, and safety incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment transport or similar roles.
• Proven experience in Lift-On/Lift-Off (LoLo) operations and familiarity with specialized equipment like cranes, forklifts, and heavy-duty trucks.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and best practices in heavy equipment transport.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Valid driver's license for heavy-duty vehicles.
• Certification in heavy equipment operation or safety training is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
