📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of government facilities in Bali.
• Ensure the safety and security of all facilities, complying with government regulations and best practices.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repairs.
• Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports and documentation for facility performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
• Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., RICS, IFMA) is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
